I will have it, after I die and leave this earthly body....but being a vampire or something would be cool too ;)

I'd take certain aspects, I'd like to live longer, but not as a vegetable that needs to be cared for. If I could stay young or in my mid 40's, 50's and in good health, I'd like to live a little longer. But when it'd get to the point of being a wrinkled and dried up prune that couldn't do anything but breathe and that forever? No thanks.
And who'd want to live forever anyways? Everybody you'd love would die. Remember Highlander? He couldn't even have kids to be around for.
So forever? Nope, I'll save that for paradise

No, I'm having a hard enough time with this life. Even being pretty young, I feel as though I want to escape from it sometimes. Imagine how it will be when I get old. Immortality would make me come up with new ways to kill myself in order to escape the horror of watching all my loved ones die.

It depends on the source of the immortality. If I could be like beautiful vampire chick immortal then yeah. But if I had to be like Golem from Lord of the Rings immortal then I say hell no.

Having to go through falling in love with different people and experiencing the pain of loosing them would be torture. Having someone after me to behead me... LOL. No way.

Yes and promptly regret it when the people close to me that I love so dearly pass on and I'm left all alone. That would hurt the most.
