i could be pregnant but i dont know what signs to look for. if anyone could tell me what to look for and when it will happen i would be greatful

may be some implantation bleeding as early as 2 weaks after conception
during first 12 weaks:
amenorrhea
morning sickness
increase frequancy of micturation
breast tense slightly tender
sometimes pregnancy pika
depression, irritability or insomnia
pregnancy test in urine become +ve as early as one weak after 1st missed cycle and in blood as early as one weak before first missed cycle
T/A U/S can detect gestational sac at 6 weaks gestation and T/V U/S a weak earlier
After 12 weaks :progressive enlargment of abdomen
fetal movement felt at 18-20 weaks

Depends of each women.
Some first signs (other than missed period)
Metallic taste in mouth
Feeling tired and wanting to sleep more
Sore swollen breasts
Wanting to urinate more
Feeling slightly queasy in the morning (and more so even actually vomiting later on)
Not fancying some normally liked foods
But honey, your best bet is to take a pregnancy test to find out for sure, because sometimes early pregnancy signs can also match pre-period signs.
If you are pregnant, go to your doctor.

Well i got very sore boobs and white marks around my nipples, even though i cant breast feed. The first sign of a bump appears anywhere between 3 months onwards, but its only subtle to begin with. I felt nausea as well almost as if i was really hungry and had to eat something....this is anytime upto 3 months but can occur throughout pregnancy. You may feel really irritable with people too almost like pmt but not as intense.

I'm not trying to be funny, because I am a born-again-Christian, but every time my wife was pregnant, I was the one who seemed to be sick all the time, 5 children later and I still remember how she used to laugh when I told her I was the one who felt ill, until the births. Then I was fine. I know this isn't much help for you, but I just thought I'd share it.

Everybody is different, some get lots of symptoms some get none. With me I had symptoms at five weeks, nausea, hunger pangs, and a distinct going off something I like in my case coffee. Nobody is alike, do a test and find out that is the only way you will know.

the 1st signs are just like PMS but you will miss your period or just have a little spotting when you should of come on sign s
feeling and been sick
sore boobs
get the feeling all you want to do is sleep
wee more
and 100% sign positive test after missed period

I knew the day I turned 3 weeks because I had implantation bleeding (a tint amount of spotting).

every woman is different... Early signs of pregnancy vary.. Morning sickness, full feeling, no period, Take a home prenancy test... Good luck..

My main symptom was tiredness. To the point of falling asleep at work. Then the sickness and the sore swollen breasts that leaked.

im nine week pregnant i found out yesterday after not bein on my period and feeling tired all the time oh also you may start to feel sick hope this helps good luck xXxXxXx
