I know this isn't soccer related but let's just take a moment to pray for the survivors and the 20 year old girl that died.
Thanks!

How many roads must a man walk down
Before you call him a man?
Yes, 'n' how many seas must a white dove sail
Before she sleeps in the sand?
Yes, 'n' how many times must the cannon balls fly
Before they're forever banned?
The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind,
The answer is blowin' in the wind.
How many times must a man look up
Before he can see the sky?
Yes, 'n' how many ears must one man have
Before he can hear people cry?
Yes, 'n' how many deaths will it take till he knows
That too many people have died?
The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind,
The answer is blowin' in the wind.
How many years can a mountain exist
Before it's washed to the sea?
Yes, 'n' how many years can some people exist
Before they're allowed to be free?
Yes, 'n' how many times can a man turn his head,
Pretending he just doesn't see?
The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind,
The answer is blowin' in the wind.

I just wanted to say that yes, terrible things happen every day and we should care about them all. But to dismiss one terrible thing as unimportant just because there are other things to mourn is crazy. If you think children dying in other places is sad, why not admit that this is also a tragedy. As a Canadian, I am most upset that this has happened. As a parent, the sheer randomness of the attack makes me worry that much more about my own child. It is sad that someone expressing their care and concern about this tragedy in this forum has such unfeeling responses. Sorry if this ramble doesn't make much sense - I guess I am just incensed at some of the answers I have read here. Grow up!
BTW, Kimveer Gill (the killer) was Canadian of Indian origin for those of you who have mentioned his origin.
Also, randomly shooting people is neither a part of french culture OR english culture.

It's such a sad and tragic situation especially for the one involves. I feel so sad and it's really unbelivable that such a thing has happened especially for that poor girl. It's really a horrible sitaution. You can count on me, Juventina, for the prayers. How dare you Brandon P say such a thing. You're an idiot and so stupid, no matter if she was French but, she was innocent that girl. I'm so shocked about that whole thing, I feel really bad for these persons especially for that girl's family. They will need a lot of courage to face that terrible situation. I just wish them good luck. It's so sad to end this way.

I know I was devastated to hear that this happened again. I thought that we were past the school shootings. Please people if you have a problem stay home and work it out with a shrink. Don't kill innocent eduction-seeking people.
Or worse-case scenario, kill the one with problem, yourself.
(I know it sounds morbid, but a lot of people do it after a killing spree anyway. So save some lives, die with a little dignity and cut to the chase- no pun intended.)

I live in Vancouver.
This has been the main headline news and it's amazingly disturbing. What an awfully unbelievable illegal act... stupid, stupid act. I used to live in Montreal.
May God be keep her in his embrace and God bless the rest of the survivors.
Ugh! I still think that was a stupid act... she was just beginning her life and career...
Stay safe. - Maryam

Brandon P is stupid because Dawson College is an Anglo-college, so most people affected there would be English speaking in origin. Duuuuuh!!!! Kimveer Gill(the killer) sounds english to me. Shooting people is not in French culture and we don't carry guns and we HATE guns.
I don't pray so I'm going to wish that family and friends can get together in this whole tragedy and become closer.

I don't want to be racist or anything, but one girl dies in Canada and whole world must feel sorry...... In Bosnia every week dies a kid that steps on a mine, Africa more then one person dies in a day, in Kosovo kids on a way from school killed every month, in South America it's kidnapped one kid every day, ................
Do you pray for them, no you don't !!!!
I'm not a racist, believe me I hate racists, but Canada is most peaceful country in the world, so I'm sure that Canadians are not used to that kind of things and I don't have nothing against Canada, you or that girl !!! I just don't understand why people react only to things that are going on in their country!!!
btw: Thanks but you don't have to pray for me , my mother does every day!!!!

They are many occurrences every day, even worse than this one, which deserve prayers. Why single this one out?
