How can I delete a friend on my space? And do they have to agree to it?

on ur home page, click edit friends.. and no they do not
have to agree 2 it

Click edit friends(link near pictures of your friends on your home page, where you edit your profile, check your inbox, ect), then click the box next to the names of those you want to delete, and scroll to bottom, and click delete.

They dont need to approve it, and arent notified in any way :)
