The background details are like this. We were playing around when he ejaculated. He wiped off the semen with his hand, and it was only after an interval of at least ten minutes that he put his hand inside me. During those ten minutes, his hand had rubbed several times against my clothes and my hair. So, are there chances that by the time he put his hand inside me, there was still semen on it? And how strong are the chances that it might cause pregnancy? Will the fact that I am a virgin reduce the risks? I am really scared. Please help.

Your chances of getting pregnant in this way by the way you are describing it are extremely remote if not most impossible.

After 10 minutes of wiping his the semen off of his hands and the drying effect as well... sperm do not survive under those circumstances.

Being a virgin or not has no bearing on whether or not you will get pregnant.

However, if ANY trace of liquid semen remained on his hand, the chance is not zero. So over the next month, watch yourself carefully. If you have any lingering doubts, go seek counselling or help from someone you trust though I suggest you do so anyway and educate yourself on sexual education so this doesn't happen again.

I get the impression that you are young but I have no desire to preach to you. Be more careful in the future to make sure this doesn't happen again, make sure you and your boyfriend cleans up completely and washes off (his hands etc.) before you both continue to do anything.

Good luck to you.

You should go to the library and read up on how babies are made. Either this question is fake or you're really clueless. Sperm cannot live outside of the body for that long. As for your last question, sperm doesn't give you a break just because you're a virgin. The only goal that they have is the fertilize an egg.

Probably the chances are very slim, but not impossible go to the doctor and get a test or the morning after pill.

to be honest it could happen but its a very low chance that it has but i can so i would go take the morning after pill if its less than 72 hrs ago. if not dont worry about it and wait till you are due for your nxt period and tell your boyfriend to learn to controll himself or warn you whaen hes getting too excited so you can slow it down so there are no more accidents and if he does get excited like that again make him wash his hands lol

If you are going to play around you should use condom and be on birth control. The chances are small but there is always a chance. You should be extra carefull if you don't want a baby.

how long ago did this happen? Call your doctor and tell her your situation. if it has only been a day or two....time is of the essence. CALL YOUR DOCTOR!! everything is kept confidential. it is the law!! if you don't have an ob/gyn, ask your aunt, sister, friend who she does to, then call them. do it now. do it fast. good luck, and next time, be more careful. your life is in your hands.

likelyhood is slim, but there all the same.

Doesn't sound likely at all that you would become pregnant. Semen doesn't live very long at all once it is exposed to air. You are totally fine. Chill.

Nope, you're safe. Semen dies once it is airborne. It has to go right from his opening to yours.

I do not think you are pregnant. I also think, judging by how worried you are, that you are not emotionally ready to be sexually active.
