bleach and cold water. soak in sink for a few minutes rince then wash with a load of whites.P.S. never dry anything that has a stain it makes it harder to get the stain out once it is dried in.

Vanish! Or "Shout" stain remover works well.

mix well the fabric bleach with 3/4 water and soak them for 30 minutes,wash them and dry it ,ur problem will be solved ;-)

soak it in a sink of bleach water. Then wash as usual with bleach .
