Pakistan had a woman Prime Minister - Benazir Bhutto.

I'm not sure whether any Islamic states currently have women leaders.

(but then I'm not sure how many Christian or secular states have women leaders either apart from Germany). Britain has only had one woman Prime Minister and the US have never had a woman president.

Pakistans Benazi Bhutto. But the real question is how did she get to that rank if there is such repression of Muslim women? Also did the men hate it and make and regularly complain? I'll have to ask that.
