Hi. Ok, I will try. I am not very smart about these things, but to do what you ask I would have to put myself up against the list of things we say defines "life" and see if I meet the criteria. For example, do I take in oxygen, do I reproduce, etc. That would prove that I live and, therefore, exist by our own scientific definitions.

In an Infinite Universe where reality is based upon the continous stimulation of our perceptions, having 100% difinitive proof of anything, even your existence becomes nothing more than speculation based upon random data.
So asking for facts of how you can prove you exist would be meaningless even if you aquired them.

You want fact, yet limit our our ability to consider all factors for an answer.
You exist because you have permanently affected and contributed to the alteration of moving systems. Your connections are powerful and measurable. All movement is a significant contribution to universal balance.

Existence is only relative with our 5 senses. The molecules that make up your composition prove your existence. The question is how do we prove you once existed.

That's your basic Descartes: I think therefore I am.
You definitely exist, otherwise you would not be able to ask, "do I exist?"
Now, the *hard* bit is proving anything else exists...

You will first have to accept that others exist. Then do something that affects someone else and check for a reaction.

Think about it on an intellectual level. If you didn't exist, how could you ask this question?
