Do u mean the history of ur search? go to tools then internet options from the internet explorer menu..then to "Auto complete" then "Clear forms".. this will remove the auto complete history.
Or you can go to history, search for the topic you want to delete then delete it from the results (using right click n delete) or you can just delete the whole history.(this will remove all the stored strings) Go to tools\internet options\general\clear history.. i hope it works with you..

Press Tools at the top of your PC then Internet Options, then Content , then Auto Complete, then Clear Forms and press OK. This will almost clear all search history of entries in all the search machines which you had used.I think this clearance applies only to your PC but the company which owns the Search Machine will continue to keep that search history.

U can Use CCleaner...tat is a Real Nice Software ...Freeware 2....Try usin d Tools...Options....Clear History Button(Internet Explorer)...Hav Fun

click on search box from yahoo toolbar ,then select option then select clear search histiory.
or else u can just click on yahoo search box from yahoo page then it will show ur history data then keep pressing delete..hope it will help u.
