I remember when i worked for a doctor. When we the staff spoke to patients. certain words were considered negative and we were not allowed to use them when we spoke to patients it took lots of practice but we all learned & did it. Then started to apply it to out personal lives. it makes the conversation go much smoother, and respectful. Well he is a top doc in nyc still.
example
not, don't, can't, no, shouldn't, won't

Let me think, you are actually asking us a negative question. Or is this a positive negative? Then again, it could be a negative negative, which would make it a postive. Sorry mate, you have broken your positive asking question record with this negative question

of course not sweetie, remember that there is always two sides of everything..the dark side and the bright side..if you always think of the bright side you will not be updated of what is happening in the dark side..for example,(this is just an example) you have a good friend when you are with him/her he/she keeps on saying great things about you but when you turn your back on him/her they already keep on saying bad things about you.. you should learn to look on both sides..

p.s.
you can also learn from the dark side...experience is the best teacher. trust me!!! : p

You're doing a great job so far. Keep it up. And thanks for that tidbit about the no-no words. I think that's a fabulous idea.

If you can't you must be pretty thick or bipolar, or both. How likely is it that your fingers will type out a question you don't want to post? Duh?
