With this being your first interview, you won't have past jobs to tell about, so think about your education. Did you have good attendance in school? When you start a job, do you finish it. Can you do what you're asked to do/follow directions?
These are things employers are looking for. Point out your strengths. If he mentions something that is a weakness for you, it's ok to admit that you are weak in that area, but put in something positive about it.
example: If you are late everywhere you go, and your interviewer asks you about it you could say (if it's true). "I did have trouble being on time at the beginning of school. But I began waking up 30 minutes earlier each morning. Now I've been ON TIME all of last semester!"
See what I'm saying? If you have a weakness, explain how you are working on that problem. (hope this helps and good luck)

all answers in a job interview should always only address what you can do for the company, even the question 'tell me about yourself' you should prepare and rehearse an answer that talks about how your training and/or upbringing has made you a better candidate for the job. it's unfortunate, but the interviewer doesn't care a whit about you personally.

For the past 2 years I have been under the leadership of Dr. Einstein and I am now ready to enter the "real" world. I would like to hear more about your company (I have researched it) and entertain your questions.
Good Luck!! Rock on!! Look and BE interested. You want to let them know that you will give them 8 hours + of your devoted time for their dollars!!
