"Raindrops keep falling on my head but that doesn't mean my eyes will ;soon be turning red. Crying's not for me cause I'm never gonna stop the rain by complaining. Because I'm free. Nothing's worrying me."
Do you feel free or is something making you want to cry?

I do have lots of worries, but I'm not really a crier.
I do feel that I'm free though. We'll get through, we always do. I feel that's there's always hope.

I'm not a crier. For some reason, I have a great deal of strength. Maybe it's just the life I lead. I know I can't break down or all of life does. However, there is the rare case that I let the tears roll. We all have to now and then. My pillow is my sponge, then it's over and life moves on.

Yep, I guess I'd definitely have to say I'm a free woman. (as I dance around spinning my umbrella over my head)

Been there; denying that I'm crying for her and blaming the rain (like your Burt Bucharach's song), the smoke, etc... and she pretending that she believes me.
Now I feel freer if I just let my worries turn into tears.
