I spend about an hour every day on toning tables. The first month, I lost 8 1/2 inches. I have watched my diet and have enjoyed taking evening walks. Not only does it firm up the thighs, it is a nice breather away from daily stresses. Good luck! The hardest part is getting started!

Exactly the same way I lose fat on any part of my body. Diet and exercise. Keep your calories under 1600 to 1800. Keep your carbs, fats, and sugars to a minimum. Eat lots of vegetables and throw in a few fruits and low fat protein like chicken or fish. It really is that simple. You would be amazed at how eating right will make you healthy.
