I wouldn't say genius but he's certainly not talentless. His work is a comment on the world we live in today. It's everything we all know, but he puts the thought of it, the need to talk about it into the public domain. I also find a lot of his stuff quite funny and a good kick in the **** to the PC wannabes out there! It's the type of graffiti I like to see, not just some talentless idiot scribbling his name on a wall.

I might hesitate at genius but he's certainly an artist. Occasional moments of brilliance like his work on the wall in Palestine and a stencil he did stating 'This is a council designated graffiti area', which illustrated the herd mentality even of subversive graffitti artists.

I live in Bristol where he comes from and some try to call his work vandalism. But everything here is a concrete or red brick nightmare.
I can't call it vandalism when the buildings he decorates look like acts of vandalism in themselves in the first place.

Also he refused to sell some of his work to Charles Saatchi, which raises him in my estimation no end!

Probably because he has got famous from doing graffiti and your average graffiti artist never gets any fame whatsoever. Somebody may see there work but never know who did it even if they loved it but I think this has more appeal than being famous. Maybe because he will not come out of the woodwork and be proud to be a graffiti artist but is not proud enough to have an art agent and make hundreds of thousands of pounds from his artwork in museums. Keith Haring and Jean michael basquiat at least had the power of convictions to come out of the woodwork let everyone see their work in museums and on walls and be noticed and not hide away like a mole underground.

He's an absolute genius. Even local councils don't remove his work as it's so groundbreaking.

I love the fact he has the perfect balance between a little social anarchy, modern art and not actually destroying other people's property.

Genius - the subversive tactics... my favourite is the doctored Paris Hilton Cd cover, complete with the 45 minute ambient mix CD he's been sneaking into record stores....

We have this street artist too, a woman in het 40's. She sits on an upturned bucket and plays the castagnets.
To some sort of tune that's is probably in her head.
Why the hell am I telling you this?

I don't think he's a genius, but he is very clever, and funny. Not so sure he should turn into a "gallery artist" though.
