The othere have listed some good free anti-virus programs (AVG or Avast). But as you did not post the names of the viruses, can not be sure they are viruses and not spyware. Anti-virus programs clean virsuses, but not spyware.
So after the virus scan, ALSO check for spyware. Run both Ad-aware Peronal Edition (http://www.lavasoftusa.com) and Skybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/) to remove any spyware. Run both as one may caught something the other missing. Then go to microsoft.com and download Defender to protect against future infections. All the programs are free.

First of all download a good virus checker, you can get avg 7.0 free from www.grisoft.com . Download it and install it then carry out your check. also download a good spyware program like xsoftspy, bug doctor or spysweeper and run this to get rid of any spyware. If you use zonealarm they have a suite which contains all of these you could try that. Run these checkers on a regular basis

Virus software such as McAfee, Norton, but from my understanding you never get rid of a virus you can only quarantene them (sorry don't think I spelled that right). Good luck

one and only one answer ,,,,
get your self an antivirus software and install it...
then scan the whole system and delete the viruses.....
if the antivirus software has an option " on enable scan or dynamic scan" then enable that option... this shall provide the necessary cover for your system from viruses
