Shoib akthtar always remain in news due to his strange behaviour - not only with his counterparts but also with his team mates. Thus, his uncivilised acts make us to think that he is overrated. but keeping this all a side when we watch his best performances (only bowling) it shows that he is not overrated.

as an indian , i wll say no, he can be a match winner. But he does not perform, all the time, he only performs when he feels like it.
