Yes, I have tried them, and yes, they will definitely clean your colon. As far as keeping you healthy and regular, that is open for discussion.
An occasional enema never hurts and can also help you to stay regular but if you abuse the use of enemas the the opposite will occur. They can be detrimental to your health if used too often and can make you become dependant on them in order to relieve yourself.
If you like them and want to use them occassionaly, then go ahead, just be careful.

Clonic irrigation doesn't come in a packet. They shove the tube up your bum and for keeping healthy and regular i suggest a dietary solution.

I have had both done, colonic is quite pleasant as far as having a pipe shoved up your backside goes, i felt much cleaner afterwards and my skin glowed for weeks!!
I recemmend it as a good detox.

I had to do an enema in preparation of my colonoscopy. I haven't done one since.

I don't see the point - it's not a natural process, it's something we've invented, so it's obviously not required.
