I keep mine in my wall safe. I recommend this brand: http://www.rondo.ch/ but I'm sure there are other good ones.

I think the best way would be to blog. Blog makes thiings more public. But thats also makes them more hidden. There are thousands & thousands of blogs nobody would know which one is your unless you give them the url. By writing blog under a fictious name makes it more difficult to find, couple it with the private blogging option makes your blog really secure. On the second thought i find that Yahoo mail has a feature called notepad why not use them b'cos they are password protected. One advantage of online matretial over paper based is that you can write wherever you are & they will exits for a long long time & you even take backup in case you are skeptical about whether they will exist long enough in another password protected file.

Well if you have to share a bedroom it will be quiet hard to keep hidden.. Put it in your dresser drawer folded inside some of your clothes. when getting it out or putting it away make sure that you are alone.. keep it in your book bag from school.. behind a dresser, or up in the top of a closet in side a blanket that no one uses. You really shouldn't have to hide it.. everyone should respect your privacy. if all else fails take it to school and keep it in your locker and write in it in one of your study halls. hope some of the sujestions are some you haven't gotten from others.
good luck privacy is always needed..

Seriously, unless you have a safe, no place is secure.
YOu could resort to hiding it under the mattress or stuffing it behind books on your shelf, or secreting it in a drawer, but if a person wanted to find it, they could

Put it in a coat pocket and hang the coat in the back of your closet. That should keep it safe. If not, fold it over the bottom of the hanger inside the coat and that should disguise it.

Right in the middle under your mattress.
Behind some boring books in the bookcase.
Carry it around with you all the time.
In a plastic bag buried in the garden or under some stones.
In an empty frozen spinach box in the freezer.

How about a computer diary. They are password protected, some can even tell if someone attempted to open it.
There are good free ones at www.download.com

better do not write a diary. When years go by our mind will automatically forget some bitter incidents. If u write them and reading them u fix them in your mind, and one day u will feel bad.

Well i had the same problem too until i started blogging...you can blog in many sites like 360.yahoo.com or www.blogspot.com...do u ask how it is safe?? you can set the privacy settings for your blogs and decide who can view your blogs...in 360 the setting is same for all blogs but in blogspot you can decide about the privacy setting for each and every entry you make...try it out!! All the Best :)
