NO. These are just stereotypes. Not all black men have large penises -some may have a smaller one compared to asians, not all arabs have fat ones - some may be thinner compared to hispanics, not all asians and hispanics have averaged ones - some may have bigger ones compared to caucasians, and there might be Japanese and chinese who may have a large one.
And in the end, what matters is how you use it.
(Oh, by the way, they say what also matters is how hard is it. That's one area Filipinos can be definitely be proud of! Hahaha)

If you've ever been in multi-racial locker rooms or looked at porn at all, you do come to the conclusion that black dudes in general do have larger ***** than white dudes and Asians do have smaller ones. Note that I said "in general" and of course there are exceptions to the rule. Hispanics are closer to Caucasians from what I've seen. Arabs? Sorry, I've never seen any Arab porn (and don't think I want to!). Some people want to deny the facts, some feel envious because some race may have bigger dingdongs than their own race. Facts are facts though and there is ample evidence out there. Ignore it if you want! That being said, It just doesn't make a bit of difference to anyone with any maturity or intelligence. Who cares?
