This is true, but higher salaries also make a decent standard of living. Also, the biggest reason for high costs is the high profits that the wealthy expect. All business decisions and pricing of products are done to maximize profits and keep all of the capital for the wealthy. Labor is a small part of the cost of any product. The capitalists just like to blame labor.

the product when produced in large scale ,it reduces the bsic cost of production,n high salary pckages is not given to every1`,it is given accorging to their xperience,knowledge n effiecency
they,r provided with high salary to make them sssured of the services provided by them...n they with their knowledge helps the industry to provide commadities at resanable prices n as well s be in cometation with othewr compnies
