Well,Yes and No.See My Avatar ? It's a Device I've Constructed that Safely Converts Regular Pump Gasoline into Propane. 100 Parts of Air to 1 Part of Fuel. Perfected, it would enable even the Largest SUV to get 50 + MPG, & Emit 10 X less Pollution. Problem; in the USA, all Vehicles from 1996 to the Present are required to run at 14.7 Parts of Air to 1 Part of Fuel.No Exceptions.Really ! Under the EPA-OBD II Law, it is entirely possible to Fail a Vehicle Inspection for not Emitting enough Pollution ! I'm not the First to Learn this. Go to http://www.fuelvapors.com and find out what happened to [the Late] Tom Ogle. he was offered $25 Million to keep His Fuel Vaporizer off the Market. He Refused. He's Dead ! Also, Check out http://energy21.freeservers.com/bookrep.html As to the Name, Vaporcarb ! But, You can't put it on Your Car !

I've been hearing about a tablet that costs about £1.50 and you add one to your tank every time you fill up. One user has reported 180 extra miles after three fill ups (to let it take effect). Another claimed a 14% improvement in fuel economy. These were not salesmen these were users of the product.
It's called freedommakers / fuel freedom international.

Yes I can see you've had no helpful replies at all!
There's the Fuel Saver
www.m-99.co.uk/Fuel_Saver/fuel_saver.html
they start at about £5
also there's Fuel Cat , Eco Flow again search there easy to find on google
I used to sell them years ago there's the clip around the fuel line type-the in line type and one you drop into the fuel tank.
They basically move the fuel particle around before entering the combustion chamber promoting better mixing with the air and therefore cleaner burning and less fuel.
Enjoy

Mmm
I don't think you'll get much on this.
You could look at how to drive a car more economically.
There are certain behaviors that can decrease consumption.
You could also look at converting the car to alternative fuel such as LPG or Bio-Deisel
Good Luck

I can name a dozen such devices that claim to do what you're looking for. But I haven't heard any credible reports of any such things actually working. Most of them are just flat-out scams.
If you want good gas mileage, your best bet is to maintain your car well, including regularly checking your tire pressure. About the only surefire way to modify a car for better mileage is to reduce its weight.

There is no device available otherwise all cars would have them already.
There are many gadgets claiming that they improve consumption but generally it is unprovable.
Keep your vehicle well serviced and drive sensibly is the best advice

It's called a push bike. You tie the bike to the front bumper of the car, climb aboard the push bike and pedal like hell.

Replace you air filter with a permanent type, such as K&N. Not only will you get better acceleration, but the reducted resistance from the filter will slightly improve your mileage.
