find the page called bananas and read it. they are the #1 fruit with world athletes, it helps in the treatment of Depression,PMS,Anemia, Blood Pressure, Brain Power, Constipation, Hangovers Heartburn, Morning Sickness, Mosquito Bites, Nerves. Ulsers, Temperature Control, Season=Affective Disorder {SAD}, Smoking, Stress, Strokes, and last but not least Warts. please read it. i'm sendind it to my sister who has mant of those problems. she does eat alor of bananas and the lowered her insulin amount, and a lower dose of her blood pressure meds. i'm going to try it to help me quit smoking. i'll end up smokinf the bananas. but this method wouldn't hurt. so please give it a try.

you can drink energy drinks. i like rockstar energy drinks they taste good and they give you a boost without too much of a jittery feel.

Lots of chocolate :) and nuts
(Not extremely healthy, I know, but it does help me when I feel exhausted - it happens quite often, unfortunately)
