c'mon u can dedicate ur project to plants show their biological activities like transpiration translocation photosynthesis respiration etc
collect leaves & flowers dry them stick them collect pollen grains show how pollination takes place go around searching on the net in places like google wikipedia yahoo rediff and expand as much as u want
botany is the most diverse section of biology u can find anything frm anywhere-consult ur textbooks,net &ofcourse ur surroundings(to collect samples) if ur goood at drawing make use of it and most imp. make ur project very colourful & illustrative 'cause botany=plants=colours&beauty!!!!!!!!!!!!!
