Because this is how media present it:as the only civilized country in the Middle east surrounded by countries populated with Arabs and that Israel is just trying to defend itself against the "terrorists" who are trying to kick them out of the land that "God promised them"...
Now if u believe this whole religious thing with God's promised land,u might think that Israel is just a lonely country in a sea of Arabs country that never done anything wrong to no one and it just trying to defend itself(this would make Israel good) from the "Arabs terrorists" who are trying to steal their land(this makes the other countries evil)...
Bu tif u study a little history u will see who the real agressor is(Israel) and who the real vicitms are(Palestinians)...

We live in a Judeo-Christian fundamentalist world. You may have noticed it is the Governments that believe this and not ordinary human beings.
Best way to change this is if all voters ask their representatives what their views are of the middle east and then vote according to what you believe.
Things will soon change instead o the propagandist crap we are now fed.

I noticed and asked a question about this on this site. I find that there is an Israel bias world wide. Because they are beset on all sides by their enemies,Israel can do anything to self preserve; for they are the chosen.
