Yes he should. First, this war was a farce, and any charges brought against him because of this war should be dropped. He has been charged under false pretense's.

Order over there will never be restored. Theres always someone who thinks he has a better idea on how the country or world should be ran and he is willing to lay down his peoples lives for it. Not his, just his peoples

What we should do is send in more troops, and finally head to the Anbar and stomp the hell out of that area. The majority of the insurgents are Sunni's from that area.

Now, if you tell Al Sadr his militia has a free hand to go and kick butt, things would get worse for awhile, but after a few months, all would be well.

This man and his family should have never gone to trial.they should be put to death on the spot. he didnt give his people or anyone elses trials he just gave them death..he has no concience...there will never be order in that country as long as their are those who believe as he does,.that he can decide who lives and who dies. you are kidding, right? while america should have dealt with afghanistan first, we find ourselves in iraq. hussein killed people who did not go along with his program. not good, not right. why would you even think about reinstating someone that killed people just because they had their own point of view? that makes no sense. that would be condoning everything he has done to the people of his own country.
