Just came back from Bangkok, and I made an observation....almost every direction I turn, I will see a Thai girl, and a caucasian man. Which makes me wonder, is this really love, or "something" else ?? (c'mon, u know wat)

Any one of you out there actually found true love in Thailand?

You should come over here, a lot of men are married to foreigners not only thai -but mostly- , then comes african latin etc... somehow many of them really find love with them 2 of my best friends here are thai married to swedes and you should see they are really happy of course there´s two sides on every coin so many of those you saw may have been what you tought, regards!

Edit: ok the one above said they are raised to obey that´s a huge myth if well they can´t compare to western culture they aren´t treated as slaves. my friends here act like any other of us and their husbands give them the freedom they need to work , study and the guys help em home. :P

This is the white Male's fascination with oriental women. It has nothing to do with love, but has everything to do with slavery. Oriental women are submissive compared to western women. Western women are more assertive in their rights because of the way they are raised. Oriental women are taught to serve and obey.
