I once had a book about making your own face creams. Lost it, but I remember that the face creams were really good for my skin, made it fresh and shiny and it felt good too

I wear Bare Minerals by Bare Escentuals. It's a mineral makeup that doesn't clog your pores, you control the coverage and has a natural SPF15. It can help your skin, I've noticed a difference in mine since I started wearing it 3 1/2 years ago. It looks natural on your skin, you'll need to practice putting it on which can take some time. It took me about a week before I really had the hang of it.
If you're near a Bare Escentuals boutique or Sephora store, stop in and check it out. Both carry a starter kit which runs $60-$75, it has 2 foundation shades, warmth, mineral veil, 3 brushes and an instructional DVD.
You may want to check out either Origins or Aveda and see what their mascaras are like. I haven't had an issue with my lashes so I can't be much help there. If you go to Sephora they should be able to help you with the mascara issue.
Good luck!!

Mineral makeup is all natural. The best I've ever tried is Everyday Minerals. It gives you a natural look and really really helps your skin. I've even woken up with better looking skin when not even wearing it overnight. As for mascara, I like to use mascara from Avon. Their makeup is all around natural and they don't put cancer causing ingredients in their cosmetics, such as talc. I've also heard that L'Oreal has put out a natural makeup.
I recommend cleansing skin with a astrigent (Olay Refreshing Toner Astrigent) and moisturizing face (Avon Hydrating Lift) first before applying makeup. This makes your face look flawless after applying makeup. Be sure to let the moisturizer dry completely before adding makeup though.

Make-up helps your skin look like on its best day. Natural make-up depends from skin to skin. The only trick is : don`t wear to much. A liquid foundation some loose powder a bit of mascara and lip gloss is just enough for somebody who`s not really comfortable with putting on make-up.
About mascara.... who told you that it makes you loose your lashes? Tell them that it`s stupid! Try buying fluid mascara, don`t use those 2-part wonder mascaras because those can really damage the lashes. That white part that all of them have is a glue and when you remove make-up it slowly damages the lashes.
So my advice is: go buy a book about make-up, it`ll help you a lot. Be confident when wearing make-up, because it makes you feel glamorous and beautiful....

You can achieve healthy, fresh skin by:
Home made mud faces - Honey is good. You can mix bananas or strawberries with honey for a great face-mask.Also you can put Aloe Vera on your face to revalitise the cells.
* Believe it or not, orange juice is great for giving you an instant glow. All you need to do is dip your fingers in the juice and pat your cheeks, chin, neck and forehead.
Apparently Ashley Olsen uses Vaseline and uses it like eyeshadow to give the skin near the eye a classical, glossy feel.

Almay is suppose to be good for your skin. Use mascara that isn't water proof and you won't hurt your eyelashes.
