Do not fill in the forms, but write on them "stop spamming me" in very large letters. Then put them back into the freepost enevlope they sent you - together with some old paper to make the weight up and then return it to them.
If they want to send you junk; you send them junk - but make them pay for it.

Send back to them that youare unemployed and seeking a loan for around $10 000 000, this seriously worked for me, I never heard from them again.
