I wanted to know which is better as I have to decide. I have cleared both the interviews. Both the job profiles are different. Please help me to decide.

When you said MR I take it as Management Representative and if you mean this it is not as challenging as PPC job .
Whichever may be the firm for that matter.
As an MR you are responsible for implementation and monitoring of management policies at grass root level
Policies can be pertaining to anything like ISO or Labour or Asset management or resource management etc,.
Where as PPC is real challenging
You may start your career as a production floor trainee and depending on your capability you may grow to the level VP - Manufacturing.
And it is a long haul and do not get disheartened if you happened to slow down a bit somewhere down the lane.
But it is real challenging and worth fighting.

they are 2 different fields and the choice should depend on whether you want a career in marketing or a career in engineering/management. Another consideration would be if flexibilty in job timing is important for you( MR is more flexible). PPC would be better if this is stop gap in your further education/career plans like a MBA etc.

Your qualification matters for Production and Planning. If you like challenges go for field job........learn driving in case you don't know. Female medical representatives get better results in field than boys.
I would bet on MR....best of luck.

Medical representative job is out and out field job, yes the monetary benefits are more as will be the pressure to perform, more ever (i am not differentiating in genders or underestimating you ) it is not meant for girls.
