Your diagram also shows Isle of Dogs (Tower Hamlets), and the western parts of the borough of Barnet (Cricklewood, West Hendon and Burnt Oak) as having concentrations. I know you asked specifically for Chinese, but there is a Vietnamese community in Hackney - what I call Little Hanoi is in the area where Well Street meets Mare Street. It has a number of Vietnamese restaurants and supermarkets.
Hope this is of interest.
