Everything was working just fine before this. I can receive email through Bell South but not through Outlook Express. Who do I contact Norton (Symantec) or Bell South to fix this problem or can I fix it myself? Thank you.

had the same prob. this week , go to nortons website and download the " autofix" it will self execute and sort the problem for you

Uninstall all Nortons products. Complete rubbish in my opinion.

you havent set you smtp up wisely.. bypass into "debts" and make positive you've the right smpt.regardless of.regardless of put in. if you're uing yahoo digital mail you want to apply your own internet companies smtp server. bypass onto your companies website and discover out what the smtp settings might want to be in Outlook.
