Try fake tan to disguise them. Sally Hansen do something called 'airbrush legs' which is a mild coverup disguises bruises and inperfections whichmight help. My partner and daughter have them and went to the doctor. Told it is to do with hair folicles. She recommended buffing them with a bath sponge and plenty of moisturiser. There is some improvement now trying E45 to see if they get better.

By the way, has anyone else in family have them? My doctor said it was genetic.

What kind of spots?? Dry skin, raised red pimply bumps or the boils types? I have used a product from Lush called 'Buffy the Backside Slayer' on dry skin and red bumps are a thing of the past. It's a scrub and a moisturiser in a bar - works wonders.
Do you wax your legs? The spots could be ingrowing hairs-always exfoliate your skin. If these are really bad you can apply magnesium sulphate paste - available in chemist and very cheap. This will draw out the imperfection.

I'd Recommend a body powder called Prickly Heat, but I don't think you can find it in the States, so probably some analgesic creams or powders you can find in stores, unless you actually know what your problem is? If its itchy analgesics work, otherwise, well you shouldn't even be listening to ask, where's your doctor!

Try putting some Sudacrem on before going to bed and you will find they will probably go. Not overnight but for a few days. I use this cream to put on spots if I get them on my face. If its good enough for a baby's bottom then its good enough for me. Lol.
