Actually, I never got a day's morning sickness with either of my two, one girl and one boy but I know lots of people who do and you have my complete sympathy.

I was obviously built for the job of procreating as not only did I not have morning sickness, but the girl was 11 pounds and the boy was 9 pounds 5 ounces, all delivered naturally.

I do hope you feel better soon. I gather dry Rich Tea biscuits are helpful.

With my son I never got sick. But now I am expecting a girl, I've been having morning sickness from day one up to now and I am 6 months. It's not as bad though, mostly heartburn now.

Old wives tale says that morning sickness usually means a girl...no morning sickness means a girl...I had none, and actually had a boy

With my first child, a boy, I had morning sickness for about 10 minutes. My second child, a girl, left me gagging and retching almost continually for the first few months. I think it's the hormones that girls produce which make us sickie. I still can't smell certain scents without feeling nauseous and she's nearly 2!

I have 2 boys and 2 girls and my sickness was really bad with my 2nd daughter and just quite bad with the rest, so I dont think it makes any difference at all just on how your body is coping with the influx of hormones at the time.

Each pregnancy is different. With my first I was actually sick every few days, and second time around I've only been sick once. Both are girls.

i believe there is no difference although it may be related to the level of hormones. if you like ginger biscuits have some first thing in the morning it really helps with morning sickness.
