People still remember Elvis, Marilyn Monroe, John Lennon, JFK, Martin Luther King, and a lot of other influential people from the past.
Steve Irwin was a hero, even if he may not have been as famous as some I mentioned above.
I loved him and am so proud of what he did for animals and their conservation. : )

Yes, they will still be running the show. One day you will reference that Steve Irwin died and the person across from you will tilt their head and say "he died, when" and you will scrunch up your brain trying to remember what year it was that he died

We will always remember Steve Irwin for giving so many exciting entertaining moments.He made watching animals exciting and was a hero to many children and adults.He made so many contributions to wildlife.His memory will live on forever.My heart goes out to his wife Terri, their young children and lets not forget his parents.

Aah the day he died the whole site was filled with question about his death and people made fun of him as well as showed their simpathy 3 days down the line all the questions on him died down does that signal towards something??

Did you hear the news that they found hundreds of dead stingrays on the shores in Australia? Gosh people thought they had to get back at them!

And yes Tony, I remember he was holding his baby girl around the gators. I never liked his show and I found him so very annoying. (I didn't want him to die though -don't get confused)

yes people will remember him for ever he was a great person.who no only may kids happy to watch him.but grown people as well.yes he died doing something that he love.how many of us can died doing what we love.only a few.god needed Steve home. and he took him there. god bless his soul.and god bless you as well.

I know my son will, he thought he was awesome. I probably won't cuz I don't watch much TV. I think it depends on the person. I do think he was famous enough that he will be remember by lots of people..

he was a legend ,he brought wild animals out to everyone through the comfort of their tvs.YES HE WILL STILL BE REMEMBERED he was an awesome guy,he was wild and zany and cared about animals . he took his work serious.we will miss him ,my kids loved him loved to watch him talk about the animals while getting up close and personal with a dangerous animals ,my kids even had a game about him .he will be missed and remembered

I am sure he will be remembered and there will be trivia questions about him at some point, but I doubt the younger generation will ever know much of anything about him.

Ofcourse i will remember him forever.I was never a regular viewer of his shows but the ones I saw were totally awesome.
