There is no magic cure for losing weight .. needless to say dieting, eating healthy, cutting soda out of your diet, exercise .. the safest amount of weight loss per week is 1 to 2 lbs. If you lose it faster then you have a bigger increase of gaining it all back and then some.
Don't forget to drink a lot of water!

There's no quick and easy method to lose weight. Losing weight needs a regiment of exercise and eating a balanced meal regularly, for it to be a long term basis. Any quick way to lose weight will not last, if you do not keep up with it.
