The chemicals can seep through your skin and possibly harm the bay and the fumes can dangerous, as well. Also, your body chemistry is altered during pregnancy and you may not get the desired result.

Some doctors recommend that you wait til you are at least three months pregnant but as long as you are at a salon that is well ventilated you will be fine. The chemicals won't get into your skin. As a hair dresser we were taught that it is perfectly safe. I even worked during my pregnancy until the end and never had any problems.

You should avoid all chemical treatments until you have your baby.

Read the instructions/precautionary warnings on the box.

You don't want to take a chance on harming your unborn child for vanity's sake.

yes, the chemical used could flow into your bloodstream and your baby actually depends on your blood to supply vits and nutrient ..so it is dangerous.
