go for MCSE, you will be self employed or if so, you will be promoted very fast.

ccna is good but dont have more depth as far as jobs are concerned.

CCNA was very popular but these days it is very easy to get. Also you can fÄ±nd the answers of all CCNA and MCSE exams.
