Saturn is the 2nd largest of the 8 planets so the previous answerer is a little muddled.
The newly designated name for the largest dwarf planet (previously known as 2003 UB 313 and nicknamed Xena) is (136199) Eris, after Eris, the Greek goddess of strife or discord. Her Latin name is Discordia,
Dysnomia (officially designated (136199) Eris I Dysnomia) discovered in 2005 is its moon, Dysnomia (literally "lawlessness") was the daughter of the mythical Eris.
Mean disameter of Eris: 2400 km ± 100 km
Mean diameter of Dysnomia: 300 - 400 km
Distance from the Sun:
Perihelion = 37.77 AU (nearest it gets)
Aphelion = 97.56 AU (farthest away it gets)

Eris (officially designated 136199 Eris, previously nicknamed Xena) is the largest known dwarf planet in the solar system. The Mount Palomar-based discovery team led by Mike Brown announced in April 2006 that the Eris' diameter is 2400 km measured with Hubble Telescope, slightly larger than Pluto which is about 2,306 km in diameter.
Eris was discovered by the team of Michael E. Brown, Chad Trujillo, and David Rabinowitz on October 21, 2003.
Eris has an orbital period of 556.7 years, is currently the most distant known solar system object from the Sun. It has a moon named Dysnomia nicknamed Gabrielle by its discoverers
Eris is derived from a Greek name, Discordia is ita Latin name and it was also nicknamed Xena.

This is all very interesting and wonderfull, but it really does not change a thing. "What will be, will be" Man can only surmise and wonder. Spiritually! your guess is as good as mine. It makes good reading tho! I am not going to get excited about this as some kind of omen. "Limited in his understanding and experience by his five physical senses, man compared to God is little better than an insect. His world exists for only a small distance in any direction, and yet he considers his opinion enlightened in all directions." God has given us some clues as to what to expect in the latter days. Do what He advices us to do and don't worry. It is all in His hands anyway!

Pluto.According to a recent conference of astronomy is not considered anymore as a planet.

"UB313" IS THE 10th PLANET IN OUR SOLAR SYSTEM WHICH IS CONSIDERED AS THE LARGEST "DWARF PLANET".
THIS PLANET WAS DISCOVERED IN THE YEAR 2003.
