U have to eat red meat and meat (non veg) and also proteins and vitamins and carbs...which will surely increase fats in ur body and also will increase mass (flesh). Also do some nice exercises like cycling, rowiing etc and sits up may be to increase ur legs muscles strength, all the best.

My daughter and I both seem to experience the same. She's tried EVERYTHING!! She'd purchase expensive milk shake drinks, try eating alot of fatty meats(including Big Macs etc.)..we have not found anything that really helps except time! You must have a high metabolism. Heavy people get sick of the rude comments, so do we(Look like a "crackhead" and "eat something will ya'")! Finally as I am 48 now, I've put on a few pounds(I'm still skinny). Just try exercises to build up your legs and don't worry so much.

Nope, probably you digest faster than regular people and your nerves need all the energy they can get. That is why you stay thin. You can follow a specialist weight gain diet to gain a few kilos and do some proper work-out to strengthen your thighs and legs. When you get older, you will have a good chance to gain some weight. Don't worry too much, some people are chunky, some are not, as long as you like yourself and have a high self-esteem. Just be sure to always take care of your body and try to eat as healthy as you can and make some exceptions from time to time because too healthy is unhealthy.

Eat constant fast food... constant, even if you're not hungry, stay full; more meat the better... oh, and do a lot of leg, back and hip exercises to build sexy muscle shapes. I on the other hand have a slow matabolism and can't lose a pound for the life of me, even when I burned well over 1,000 calories from working out every other night.

There is no need to make your legs chunkier or fatter. The best thing to do for the look of your legs would be to tone your leg muscles by working out.

Eat plenty of protein. You want to add muscle mass. Walk, jog, run, these will help you build muscle. If you really want to add good mass then do squats in a gym.

got the same problem man...can't tell you what to do, everyone thinks they have the answer but to be honest there is no answer...I have been trying now for about 12 years, say since I was about 14...my cousin used to be skinnier then me he got lucky and his metabolism slowed down, mine has not...just wait for it to or go to the doctor and see what he may have to offer to try to slow it down, I never tried that route...tried my own medication of slowing my body and making myself hungrier that didn't work either...maybe I should quit smoking and just eat whenever I want to smoke that may work too.
