Use avocadoes as a dip or sliced on sandwiches. Use regular salad dressings and sour cream on potatoes, in soups, or as a dip.
The general goal for those who wish to lose weight is to have high-volume, calorie-dilute food to satisfy hunger without overdoing it by consuming too many calories.
Those who wish to gain weight will be doing just the opposite. Seek out low-volume, calorie-concentrated foods to pack in as many calories as possible without getting uncomfortably full.

Hyperthyroidism and several other disorders can cause underweight status and, if left untreated, can result in a far more serious threat to your life.

dont worry be happy what you have. i am the same as you, and if you get fatter then you might break your metabolism and you might just go totally fat. its good to be skinny looking. all it matters if your're not sick and you feel well then skinny is the best for you.
