You can't lose weight without exercising. That's the problem with you Americans. You expect to sit on your fat @$$ all day long and wait for something to magically happen. You have to eat less than what you do, preferably organic foods, and you have to work out. If you're so desperate to avoid exercise, then for Gods sake, just walk for 1 hour NON STOP everyday and you will see a dramatic change in your body in as little as a month. You and 99% of other Americans are lazy, and have no motive or drive... -you've got to get up every morning with determination if you're going to go to bed with satisfaction. Stop being so pathetic and lazy. Get off the damn computer, put the Doritos down, and go for a jog. What is the world coming to?!

Cut your calories down to 1400 per day. Make sure you're eating veggies and fruit each day (french fries DO NOT count as a veggie). And divide your meals up into 5 or 6 meals every 3 hours starting at 7am; this will boost your metabolism. Drink only water (and a cup of skim milk in the morning). Take a multivitamin.

But, do try to get in 15 minutes of exercise a day. Exercise keeps your skin nice. Park far away from your job/grocery store/etc. and walk.

You have to redefine what your body is calling hunger. I believe that most people say they are hungry when in fact they are merely not-full. Do you get the difference? Try drinking water instead of eating something, drink till the water expands your stomach and gives you that full feeling. That action will also give you more exercise LOL. I lost about 13 kg, but I also stopped eating a night time meal. I figured " I sit on my **** all day, what do I need a heavy meal for?" The answer is of course, ya don't!

Weight is excess of stress, pain and trauma-hurts in your body and when you release the need for this extra protection and your body will no hold need hold on to the excess fat that it needs now to protect you from hurts and cushion you from emotional injuries or troublesome emotions that you cannot handle and repress down right now, so ask yourself what is weighing you down in life?

Once you remove that weight, you will literally loose all the excess weight, besides that you need to build on your emotional stamina by getting more and more grounded in your spiritual self. The self that loves you, admires you and respects you for all that you are and can be, unconditionally.
