it just happend.. i did not connect it for about a month and when i decided to use it, it wont show any webpage or even connect on yahoo messenger... i uninstalled the anti virus software (kaspersky and AVG free) but still no effect.. although i noticed something popped up the screen asking about allowing internet (i think its from kaspersky) then i chosed to put it in the trusted program... did it do something to the registry that inhibits me to surf the web?? please help!!

i did not do anything to the DNS, IP adress and stuff,, and no virus came up before this happend.. and i installed the AVG again but still no surfing...

the problem is not from your anti-viruses, in fact.. install one of them again (not both, having 2 anti-viruses programs isn't good), so install one of them. check your tcp/ip configuration again (such as IP address, subnet mask, default gateway, DNS), and also check your proxy and port settings. good luck.

individually, i like my pc to be cellular and on the community, so I went instantaneous. purchase a linksys router on your substantial pc and a community card for the pc. The router expenses somewhat however the cardboard is notably low fee.
