I think it is a great name for a blog, very creative and catchy. I hope to see your blog one day. People connect with real life experiences more than they do with "theological" proofs. Your idea would also show non-Christians that God is a person, not a power or an idea, but a real person who guides us and as you say in your post, gets us through the highs and the lows. Good luck!

Well, if you want to hear the opinion of a non-Christian, I'll offer it.

"Love'otionals" sounds a little like trying too hard to be cute. And the number of blogs concerning Christian experience is already huge. No reason you can't add yours, of course, but you know you are 99% preaching to the choir. If that's what you want, then it doesn't much matter what you call it if you project the fact that it is Christian. And "Loveotionals" does not even do that. You need the name Jesus or the capitalized Him or something to at least hint that you are talking Christian.

Then the rest of us will know not to bother with it.

However, if what you really want to do is share your "message" with people who are not Christian, don't give it that slant at all. Just be an open, willing to dialog kind of guy who does not assume everyone who is not Christian should become one.
