i have a hp cd-writer 9700, i use this to copy mp3 files onto cd mostly as mp3 format as it holds more. I have searched for firmware and updates but nothing can be found and it was working properly a week ago, please help me.

what software are u using to burn

i reccomend nero 7 ultra its a godsend

if its not the software then your burner is dead
