Yes a sea shore is the shore line of an ocean or a sea. I find they usually have small rocks and shells along them. A Beach is an area of sand sloping downward to the water usually a sea or lake.
Just think a Beach imagine nice white soft sand and a Sea shore is the waves lapping up against some rocks and many treasures you can find along a shore line.

you can lay down on the beach getting tan or something, but you'll get wet or drown if you lay on the sea shore. hehehe :)
scientifically, beach is part of the land which is affected buy tide. sea shore is an area where the wave break (loosing energy - affected by the sea bed). if you own SPM (Shore Protection Manual), you can read the full detail about it.

Sea shore's where the sea water meets land & a beach's the sandy portions on a sea shore, I suppose, if not mistaken.

a beach is usually a flat area with sand that is quite accessable... but the sea shore consists of all topography along the land that is next 2 the sea!
hope i'm right... :)
