Jerusalem is a stirring tune but not that easy to sing. The words (if you really think about them) are a bit strange and, possibly a little too biased towards Christianity for a modern British National Anthem.
I like "I Vow to thee, my country". It has a good, recognisable tune and is fairly well known already. "Land of Hope and Glory" would be a good second, in my opinion. "Rule Britannia" is a no-no! Far too hard to sing and we no longer 'rule the waves' (more's the pity!)
