please let me know which is the best way to mositurise dry skin and apply day make uop on dry brown skin

ok first you must exfoliate dry skin is flakey so when you put makeup on it guess what it will flake off also you can get exfoliators any where for under 2 dollars after you do that you want to get a light moisturizer that absorbs quickly and once it is completly absorbed then you apply your make up if you notice you skin gets dry again quickly then you may want to try a liquid makeup and then finish with a powder consealer this way you have that much needed moisure but yet a dry more natural lookiing finish wow i sound like a makeup artist good luck
