I ordered a textbook in the mid August and have a payment too. But everytime, I track my payment, it was not updated. Before I made any payment, I have actually send many email for enquires and they reply within one or two days. Once I made payment, they never reply any of my email. I paid through Pay Pal and ask for refund back. They have not reply ever since too! In their company policy, they made all kind of promises but nothing comes out. They will say that they are actually a third party or an agent. They are not responsible but they make people feel that they are good company. I do not understand why they can easily receive the money easily but they refuse to pay me back the money. I am just a student and they want to cheat my money!!! I work part time to earn money to buy the textbook. The bookseller name is Joypreet Bhatia. Add: PO.Box 41141 San Jose, CA 95160-1141 UTS
Bookseller: Worldbookseller located at Chandigarh, UT, India.
My concern now is to get the money back!! how?

That's a lesson for you to learn unfortunately: Never buy stuff on-line!

Do you have the receipt mail sent by paypal describing the amount you paid to the guy?? Also is there any Shipping Insurance offered for the book?? You read through the Terms & Conditions carefully and you can track a way to get your money back via the website(a link asking you to refund your money back due to failure of delivery of book as in ebay!!)...If the seller doesnt respond to any of these you can sue him to court!!

You can follow the above said steps except the last 'coz you say you're a student who work part time to buy a book...so consider it as a good lesson and better order books in a nearby store and get it from now on...even if it costs a few bucks more they cant cheat you...am really sorry for you!!

send an e mail to the company asking for your money back within ten days, otherwise you will instruct your solicitor to take legal action in court in their country, it may work, contact the pay pal post a note on their website warning other people from using their services. they may respond with an offer, contact your card provider, you may be insured against fraud. good luck FL

ASK THE PEOPLE ON THIS SITE TO CONTACT THE WEB SITE GIVE THEM SOME VERBAL ON YOUR BEHALF.

Have a lawyer send them a letter. Don't sue them, just send the letter and that could be effective.
