Does E-gads and Gad-zooks have the same meaning ,where do these terms come from/?

They both have the same root: "gad" = god.

Egads is a corruption of "by the gods" or "by god"; it would have been rude to say it directly, so the corrupted pronunciation could be used to make it slightly more socially acceptable.

Gadzooks is likely to have come from "god's hooks" (the nails of the cross) and is sometimes founds as "Odzooks".
