Its not specific.. Which month has 28 days or which months have 28 days? For the first one, February. For the second, 12 months..

The month of February is the only month with 28 days. Except in a leap year (366 days instead of 365), February has 29 days. C'mon, this is kids' stuff!

30 days has september, april, june and november. All the rest have 31 one except for february it stands alone.
So I reckon all the months have at least 28 days. So sorry for february I'm just not sure how many days it has(just kidding.)
